Jon Handley announced as Area Sales Manager, EMEA
Troutlodge is delighted to announce the appointment of Jon Handley as Area Sales Manager for Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA). Jon will utilize his technical knowledge and management skills to develop the European trout market as well as standardization of the services offered by our many distributors.
Jon’s career began in 1979 working for one of the oldest trout farms and hatcheries in the UK – Berkshire Trout farm. Following this, Jon spent 3 years working on a Grass Carp rearing project for Thames Water Authority before studying Aquaculture and Fisheries Management at Sparsholt College. He then gained management experience working for Test Valley Trout and Avon Springs Hatchery and Trout Farm. Most recently, Jon worked 25 years for Skretting, the global leader in aquaculture feed.
Jon brings a wealth of trout hatchery and farming experience to Troutlodge along with technical sales knowledge of the aquaculture industry in general. I’m looking forward to working with Jon on regional development as well as promoting his skills to drive our focus on customer service.
