New partnership means security of supply for customers
No matter the season, your business never slows down. We want our customers to succeed, and part of that success is year-round security of supply. Troutlodge has recently entered an agreement with two suppliers in South Africa to ensure product availability for the summer order.
In the past, ensuring availability of the summer order was a challenge. Due to the natural spawning cycle in North America, there is less availability of eggs from June-August. We listened to your feedback that a better solution was needed. As a result, we have partnered with two South African suppliers to meet our customer demand, primarily for those in Peru and Colombia. This newest partnership will mean increased availability of good value product during the summer.
Throughout this process, customers can count on complete transparency and knowledge of where their supply is coming from. We work with the suppliers, and with you, to ensure that order placement, egg picking, shipment, and delivery is seamless.
